Project Scope of Services. The CONSULTANT shall complete the project and perform the scope of services specified in the CITY’s Request for Proposal which is included herein by reference and the specifications provided in the CONSULTANT’s proposal attached hereto as Exhibit “A”.

This project is more specifically described in AmpliFund under the Contract Number referred to in the Basic Provisions. The project as described in AmpliFund is referred to in this Contract as the “Project.” AmpliFund is the City’s online Grant Management Software program for grant management, payment submission, accomplishment tracking, and additional responsibilities from Grantee as needed for City monitoring. The City may unilaterally adjust budget items within Amplifund, and such adjustments are deemed to amend this Contract without need for a separate amendment.
B. The City agrees to reimburse Grantee an amount not to exceed that amount described in Section III of this Contract. Such funds shall be expended during the Project Period as described herein in accordance with the provisions of this Contract and the rules, regulations and laws applicable to the expenditure of general fund monies by the City.
C. Residents of the City of Everett, Washington must benefit from the Work funded in accordance with this Contract. For the purposes of this Contract, a resident of the City of ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ is a person who resides within the city limits established by the City’s Planning and Zoning maps.

Project Scope of Services. The Program Manager shall conduct a monthly update meeting with the Owner’s Representative at the Owner’s office. The scope of services shall include, but is not limited to, the following: EXHIBIT D DRAFT PRELIMINARY SCHEDULE See attached. The Program Manager shall collaborate with the Design Professional and Construction Manager, once under contract with the Board of Regents and Georgia State Financing and Investment Commission (“GSFIC”) respectively, to present to the Owner, using Agency and GSFIC the project schedule for approval.
Project Scope of Services. This Agreement is a continuing contract as that term is defined in Section 287.055 (2)(g), Florida Statutes (2020). The Project Scope of Services includes any professional services for matters in which the construction costs do not exceed the limit set forth in Section 287.055(2)(g), Florida Statutes, as may be amended from time to time. Additionally, the Project Scope of Services includes any study activity when the fee for such professional service does not exceed the limit set forth in Section 287.055(2)(g), Florida Statutes, as may be amended from time to time. Additionally, the Project Scope of Services includes work of a specified nature, i.e. a Project. The Director will determine the quantity of Project Scope of Services to be provided by CONSULTANT. There is no assurance that CITY will require any minimum amount of Project Scope of Services. Consequently, there is no assurance that CITY will purchase from CONSULTANT any minimum amount of Project Scope of Services. CONSULTANT will diligently and timely perform the Project Scope of Services for CITY. The tasks and sub-tasks within Exhibit A must be completed pursuant to a schedule approved, in writing, in advance, by the City Manager.

3.1 Prior to commencing studies, the Landscape Architect shall meet with the Client and Tippecanoe County Area Plan Commission staff to learn about their ongoing efforts and critical decisions already made. Combined with the outcomes of this meeting, the Landscape Architect shall also understand the recommendations from previous planning efforts, including the Central Reach Schematic Design and Engineering Study (by MKSK for Wabash River Enhancement Corporation), the River Road Scenic Byway Management Plan (by Storrow ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ for Wabash River Enhancement Corporation), and the New Chauncey Neighborhood Plan (by Tippecanoe County Area Plan Commission).
3.2 Utilizing information originating from Tippecanoe County GIS layers, the Landscape Architect shall prepare a project base map for use throughout the project.
3.3 As a first step toward defining a framework for establishing a pattern of infrastructure and development in West Lafayette that more closely resembles a downtown, the Landscape Architect shall consider information learned while providing urban planning and design services to study the following aspects of city planning, placemaking, connectivity, and economic development: ▪ Streets: spacing, interconnectivity, organization ▪ Bridges: presence/absence, connections ▪ Development: patterning, intensity, redevelopment opportunities ▪ Open space: presence, purpose, scale The Landscape Architect shall prepare up to three (3) sketch alternatives describing a range of possibilities for these aspects while meeting project goals. Deliverables shall include hand-drawn sketches at 24”x36” and tabloid size and precedent imagery of relevant best practices.
3.4 The Landscape Architect shall meet with the Client and Tippecanoe County Area Plan Commission staff to present sketch alternatives and gain feedback and direction.
3.5 Based upon feedback and direction received, the Landscape Architect shall refine one alternative into a preferred framework plan. Within this step, the Landscape Architect shall prepare a three- dimensional digital massing model of proposed development sites for the purposes of conveying scale. Project Scope of Services. All creative and additional services including calls outside the scope of this Agreement requested by the Client will be billed at a rate of $150 per hour. (Client will be notified and must approve additional services before performed). Client will also be given opportunity to purchase additional services at package rates). The scope of the project is time sensitive and require both parties to respond within a reasonable timely manner, not to exceed 1 week. If Client does not continue monthly retainer services as laid out in Attachment A, additional work performed after the last monthly billing cycle will be billed at a rate of $150 per hour.
