Project Scope Special Terms and Conditions Clause Samples

The 'Project Scope; Special Terms and Conditions' clause defines the specific work, deliverables, and objectives that a project will encompass, as well as any unique requirements or exceptions that apply to the agreement. This clause typically outlines the boundaries of the contractor’s responsibilities, details any milestones or deadlines, and may include provisions for handling changes or unforeseen circumstances. By clearly delineating what is and is not included in the project, this clause helps prevent misunderstandings, manages expectations, and ensures both parties are aligned on the terms and conditions governing the project.
