Project Site Sample Clauses

The 'Project Site' clause defines the specific physical location where the contracted work or project activities will take place. It typically outlines the boundaries of the site, any access requirements, and may specify conditions for entry, use, or security. This clause ensures that both parties are clear about where the work is to be performed, helping to prevent disputes over site access, responsibilities, and logistical arrangements.
