Project Standards. The Applicant must ensure that the Project is diligently carried out, without negligence and is completed: in a good and workmanlike manner, using materials of good quality which are fit for their respective purposes; and in accordance with the Development Consents and applicable law (including any relevant statutory and regulatory requirements).
Project Standards. C.2.1 Canada’s Requirements for Standards. In addition to any other standards that the Recipient must meet or exceed for the Project, the Recipient will ensure the Project meets or exceeds the following:
(a) any applicable energy efficiency standards for buildings outlined in Canada’s Pan-Canadian Framework on Clean Growth and Climate Change provided by Canada at ▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇/▇▇/▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇/▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇/▇▇▇▇▇▇▇/▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇/▇▇▇- canadian-framework.html, or at any other location the Province may provide; and
(b) the accessibility requirements of the highest accessibility standards published in Ontario, in addition to accessibility requirements in applicable provincial building codes and relevant municipal by-laws.
Project Standards. To ensure that the Company is conducting its Business and operations in a manner that, among other things:
(a) is consistent with the Founding Shareholders’ commercial objectives for the Project and the highest ethical standards;
(b) ensures the maintenance of best practices that create a safe environment;
(c) complies with international industry standards and all Laws to which the Company is subject; and
(d) implements good corporate governance and sound corporate social responsibility, the Shareholders agree that the Board may, from time to time, adopt, amend, alter, or add to such policies, standards, and operational procedures (the “Project Standards”) as it deems appropriate. The Project Standards shall be adopted based on maximized value for the Company and its stakeholders. The Project Standards shall include the policies described in this Section 15.
Project Standards. Contractor shall cause the Project to be completed in a workmanlike manner, in accordance with the Contract Documents, and in accordance with the final design as approved pursuant to Section 5.03. Contractor shall provide services of first quality, and all work and workmanship associated with the Project must be in accordance with customary standards of the various trades and industries involved in the Project. Contractor shall enforce strict discipline and good order among its employees, subcontractors, representatives, agents, and any others carrying out the Project. Contractor shall not permit employment of unfit persons or persons not skilled in tasks assigned to them. Contractor shall be solely responsible for and have control over construction means, methods, techniques, sequences and procedures, and for coordinating all portions of the work on the Project. PSTA will provide access to its facilities as needed for Contractor to complete the Project. PSTA and PSTA’s Project Manager will communicate directly with Contractor’s Representative and shall have no authority to direct, oversee, or instruct Contractor’s employees, subcontractors, or materialmen, or any other individuals performing work on the Project. Contractor shall be responsible for cutting, fitting or patching required to complete the Project or to make its parts fit together properly. Contractor shall keep the premises and surrounding area free from accumulation of debris and trash related to its work. Upon completion of the Project, Contractor shall remove its tools, construction equipment, machinery and surplus material, and shall properly dispose of all waste materials.
Project Standards. C.2.1 Canada’s Requirements for Standards. In addition to any other standards that the Recipient must meet or exceed for each Project, the Recipient will ensure the Project meets or exceeds the following:
Project Standards. Homestead shall cause the Project to comply with all local codes, ordinances, zoning ordinances, and HUD Section 8 Housing Quality Standards.

In performing its obligations under this Agreement, the Partner shall comply with all applicable laws and requirements (including those of Regulatory Authorities), the terms and conditions of this Agreement and the CEPI Policies (the “Project Standards”). The Partner is responsible for the management, monitoring and control of all work undertaken by or on behalf of the Partner under any Work Package and compliance with the Project Standards.

The City and the City’s Project Manager will communicate directly with Design-Builder’s Representatives and shall have no authority to direct, oversee, or instruct Design-Builder’s employees, subcontractors, or materialmen, or any other individuals performing work on the Project. Design-Builder shall keep the premises and surrounding area free from accumulation of debris and trash related to its work. Upon completion of the Project, Design-Builder shall remove its tools, construction equipment, machinery and surplus material, and shall properly dispose of all waste materials. The standard of care for all design professional services performed to execute the Work shall be the care and skill ordinarily used by members of the design profession practicing under similar conditions at the same time and locality of the Project.
