Common use of Project Survey Clause in Contracts

Project Survey. If required pursuant to the scope of the Project and if requested by Designer, District shall furnish Designer with, or direct Designer to procure at District’s expense, a survey of the Project site prepared by a registered surveyor or civil engineer, any other record documents which shall indicate existing structures, land features, improvements, sewer, water, gas, electrical and utility lines, topographical information and boundary dimensions of the site, and any other such pertinent information.
