Common use of Project Team Members Clause in Contracts

Project Team Members. ITC and University will list, in subordinate sections of Appendix B – Statement of Work, all members, employees, advisors, associates, affiliates, assistants, contractors, researchers, partners and colleagues who will have access to privileged, proprietary and confidential business information and on-going communications directly related to the execution of this agreement, and hold each accountable to the provisions of this agreement.
