Common use of Project Team Clause in Contracts

Project Team. § 1.2.1 The Owner identifies the following representative in accordance with Section 7.1.1: § 1.2.2 The persons or entities, in addition to the Owner’s representative, who are required to review the Design- Builder’s Submittals are as follows: § 1.2.3 The Owner will retain the following consultants and separate contractors: § 1.2.4 The Design-Builder identifies the following representative in accordance with Section 3.1.2: § 1.2.5 Neither the Owner’s nor the Design-Builder’s representative shall be changed without ten days’ written notice to the other party.
