Common use of Project Teams Clause in Contracts

Project Teams. The Joint Steering Committee shall have the authority to create project teams for the Research Collaboration, each of which will meet (via telephone or video conference or in person) no less frequently than monthly, and which will report to the Joint Steering Committee on the progress of the activities performed on the Research Collaboration no less frequently than quarterly. The Joint Steering Committee shall also have the authority to create additional subcommittees as needed. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Joint Steering Committee shall not have the authority to amend or modify the terms of this Agreement.
