Project Timeline for Approvals, Construction and Completion. During the Feasibility Period, Purchaser shall submit to the City a completed building permit application, which shall include all construction plans, drawings, specifications and other documents required to obtain all entitlements, required building permits, and any other government approvals for the construction of the improvements on the Property (collectively, “Design Plans”). Purchaser shall also apply for a Conditional Use Permit and a Development Agreement with the City for use of the Property.
