Project Timelines a. A Branding project will require at least 3 months (90 days) to execute the following:

Project Timelines. The consultants will be asked to produce of first draft of the above deliverables within a four-week period. a) Intersection of herds/ranges from the Environment Canada science report and herds/ranges on eastern slopes of Rockies, the Mackenzie Forest District BC, the Island of Newfoundland and the Gaspésie herd;
b) Constituents (members and chapters) to provide input and signoff on herd/range priorities.
c) Prioritization should consider the probability of persistence (i.e., the likelihood that the herd will persist into the long term) as assigned by Environment Canada, or other studies. Where there is no measure of probability of persistence, information on population size and trend must be considered;
d) The amount of proposed timber harvest and road building during the course of the CBFA (e.g., the higher the degree of proposed activity the higher the priority). Where possible other industrial disturbances should be considered as well;
e) The more area of the range in existing protected areas the lower the priority.
f) If ENGO/industry solutions are imminent these areas should be a higher priority (i.e., continue to move work that is already ongoing);
g) Degree of data set availability (e.g., caribou telemetry data, range definitions, forestry information) should be considered;
h) Public policy regarding caribou protection and management, and protected areas should be considered;
i) Consider audit results from government or SFM systems that may suggest additional work is required on caribou habitat or management.; and
j) Wherever possible having others (e.g., government, aboriginal communities, other industries) engaged is beneficial, especially where established relationships and stakeholder support exist.
Project Timelines a. A full project will require at least 7 months (210 days) to execute the following:

iv. Go-to-Market Launch Date
b. SUDS will work with Customer to complete all deliverables within a timely manner, but it is Customer’s responsibility to inform SUDS of construction and equipment delays and to provide timely approvals to hit project milestones.
c. If Customer signs a contract for a full project with less than 7 months lead time, SUDS cannot guarantee completion of all deliverables before the car wash opening.

Project Timelines. Each project undertaken by the freelancer must be accomplished within onecalendar month from the date of assignment.
Project Timelines. All Parties understand that the timeline for the completion of the activities for this project is aggressive. Timelines are subject to change by ICOE; ICOE will provide the Agency with a new timeline if necessary. The goal of SB852 is for connectivity solutions to be implemented in the spring of 2015. Time is of the essence, and all Parties agree to use their best efforts to meet the expected installation timeframes.
Project Timelines. Project timelines, including without limitation an estimated delivery date of the final Web Site and any dates for the delivery of any Customer Information by Customer or any Company Deliverables by Company, are either set forth in the Order or established and communicated by the Project Manager via e-mail correspondence with the Customer. Both Company and Customer agree to work together to accomplish project tasks in a timely manner. Although the Company agrees to use commercially reasonable efforts to deliver the Company Deliverables, including the final Web Site, by the estimated dates or within the estimated timeless set forth in the Order or as otherwise established in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, the Company does not guarantee that it will be able to deliver the Company Deliverables by any such dates or within any such timelines. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing sentence, the Company reserves the right to adjust any estimated deadlines or timelines due to Customer’s failure to timely deliver any Customer Information/Content or any unexpected difficulties Company may encounter in performing the Services; however, Company will use commercially reasonable efforts to perform the Services in an efficient and timely manner and will notify Customer promptly of any factor, occurrence, or event coming to its attention that may affect Company's ability to meet any estimated delivery dates or timelines or that is likely to occasion any material delay in the performance of the Services. Company shall not be deemed in breach of this Agreement for failing to meet any estimated delivery dates or timelines for the Company Deliverables, if Company's failure to meet such estimated deadlines is caused by Customer's failure to meet its responsibilities and time schedules set forth in an Order or as otherwise established in accordance with this Agreement. In the event of any such failure or delay by Customer (i) all of Company's time frames, milestones, and/or deadlines shall be extended as necessary or appropriate in Company’s sole discretion; and (ii) Customer shall continue to make timely payments to Company as set forth in the Order or elsewhere in this Agreement as if all time frames, schedules or deadlines had been timely completed by Company.
Project Timelines. Both IsoRay and GammaTile LLC will use commercially reasonable efforts to adhere to the project timelines outlined in the Statement of Work. Both Parties are expected to provide project feedback and testing data during the Collaboration Project in a timely manner in order to ensure that the project goals are achieved within the timeline proposed in the Statement of Work. The Parties agree to work together in good faith to mitigate the impact of any potential delays on the overall project timeline. Each Party will promptly inform the other Party if such delays are expected.

Notwithstanding the generality of Section 32 below, the Load Customer hereby (a) forever releases and discharges GLPL from any and all claims, demands, actions and causes of action, including for any income or profits lost or costs incurred by the Load Customer which the Load Customer may now have or hereafter may have associated with and (b) indemnifies and shall hold harmless GLPL in respect of any and all claims, demands, actions and causes of action, including for any income or profits lost or costs incurred by a third party which the third party may now have or hereafter may have in respect of the Project and, associated with or arising out of GLPL not proceeding with the GLPL Connection Work within the timelines referenced in the System Impact Assessment dated (insert date), and in written communications made to GLPL by the IESO or not proceeding with the GLPL Connection Work at all.
