Projected Total Executed Equivalent Share Volume of Transactions in Eligible Securities. The Operating Committee shall reasonably determine the projected total executed equivalent share volume of all transactions in Eligible Securities for each relevant period based on the executed equivalent share volume of all transactions in Eligible Securities for the prior twelve months.
