Projects and Programs. (a) Because of the unique student population of the District, there are many special Federal and State funded programs, the successful implementation of which requires the cooperation of unit members and the District administrative staff. (b) The District agrees to provide opportunity for teacher input prior to adopting educational programs. (c) Approved programs must be prepared for implementation before the first instructional day of each school year. (d) No program coordinator shall establish or pursue any procedures which will increase the unit members work load without providing reasonable assistance to handle this increased workload.
