Promissory Note. The Promissory Note is enclosed. The Chief Financial Officer is required to sign it and return it to the OPWC Loan Officer, ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇. It is preferable that you scan and email it to her at ▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇@▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇.▇▇ but may also mail it to the address on our letterhead. We do not provide an initial amortization schedule but maintain a "Loan Summary Spreadsheet" on our web site on the Financial Tab under "Loans". Once your loan is put into billing an amortization schedule will be posted to the same web site, with a copy mailed to the Chief Financial Officer the month following project closeout.
