Common use of Promissory Note Clause in Contracts

Promissory Note. In order to evidence its debt to the Energy Commission hereunder, the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ agrees to, contemporaneously with the execution of this Agreement, execute and deliver to the Energy Commission the Promissory Note (attached as Exhibit B hereto).
