Promotion of Efficiency. It is recognized by the Association that the School District, in granting the benefits set forth in this Agreement, is adding to its cost of operation and that, therefore, this Agreement is made with the specific understanding that the Association will cooperate with and assist the School District in promoting better efficiency and presenting a continually improved educational program in the School District’s school system. It is recognized that the successful operation of the School District can be assured only through the cooperation of the parties hereto.

Promotion of Efficiency. It is recognized by the Association and the Employer that this Collective Bargaining Agreement is made with the specific understanding that the Association and the Employer will continue to cooperate with and assist the Employer in promoting better efficiency and presenting a continually improved education program in the Waynesboro Area School District.   • Promotion of Agreement It is agreed that Vendor will encourage all eligible entities to purchase from the TIPS Program. Encouraging entities to purchase directly from the Vendor and not through TIPS Agreement is a violation of the terms and conditions of this Agreement and will result in removal of the Vendor from the TIPS Program.

  • Promotion A promotion shall mean the transfer of an employee to a higher level position of more responsibility as well as salary.

  • Supply of Services 3.1 The Supplier agrees to supply the G-Cloud Services and any Additional Services under the terms of the Call-Off Contract and the Supplier’s Application. 3.2 The Supplier undertakes that each G-Cloud Service will meet the Buyer’s acceptance criteria, as defined in the Order Form.

  • Promotional Material In the event that the Fund or the Investment Adviser makes available any promotional materials related to the Securities or the transactions contemplated hereby intended for use only by registered broker-dealers and registered representatives thereof by means of an Internet web site or similar electronic means, the Investment Adviser will install and maintain or will cause to be installed and maintained, pre-qualification and password-protection or similar procedures which are reasonably designed to effectively prohibit access to such promotional materials by persons other than registered broker-dealers and registered representatives thereof.

  • Community Engagement Integration Activities The SP will support the HSP to engage the community of diverse persons and entities in the area where it provides health services when setting priorities for the delivery of health services and when developing plans for submission to the LHIN including but not limited to CAPS and integration proposals.
