PROMPT DELIVERY. The Purchaser will deliver loads from the timber sale area to a receiving log yard directly without diversion. “Over-nighting” loads during transit are expressly forbidden unless approved by Forest Officer prior to hauling. Failure to comply with this provision is a contract violation.
