Common use of Prompt Disclosure Clause in Contracts

Prompt Disclosure. The Employee will disclose promptly and in writing to the officials designated by the Company to receive such disclosures, all inventions, whether he considers them patentable or not, which he alone or with others, conceive or make, within the scope of this Agreement.
