Common use of Prompt Payment of Subcontractors Clause in Contracts

Prompt Payment of Subcontractors. ENGIE Services U.S. will promptly pay, when due, all amounts payable for labor and materials furnished in the performance of this Contract and will endeavor to prevent any lien or other claim under any provision of Applicable Law from arising against any County property, against ENGIE Services U.S.’s rights to payments hereunder, or against County.
