Prompt Payment of Subcontractors. Contractor will promptly pay, when due, all amounts payable for labor and materials furnished in the performance of the Agreement and will endeavor to prevent any lien or other claim under any provision of Applicable Law from arising against any District property, against Contractor’s rights to payments hereunder, or against District.
