Promptly notify Agent Clause Samples

The 'Promptly notify Agent' clause requires a party to inform the agent without undue delay when certain events or circumstances arise. In practice, this means that if the party becomes aware of information relevant to the agent's responsibilities—such as a breach, a material change, or an issue affecting the agreement—they must communicate this information to the agent as soon as reasonably possible. This clause ensures that the agent is kept informed in a timely manner, enabling them to take appropriate action and reducing the risk of misunderstandings or missed opportunities to address issues.
