Common use of Proof of Compliance Clause in Contracts

Proof of Compliance. Tenant shall furnish to Landlord at least fifteen (15) days before the date when any tax, assessment or charge would become delinquent, receipts or other appropriate evidence establishing their payment. Tenant may comply with this requirement by retaining a tax service to notify Landlord when the taxes have been paid.
