Common use of Proof of Concept Clause in Contracts

Proof of Concept. Prior to the issuance of a Purchase Order, if requested by the Department, Contractor shall demonstrate its ability to convert one (1) or more different types of programming languages and/or data file structures. This demonstration will show that a Contractor’s tool(s) and approach is viable and capable of completing the conversion objectives of the Department as set forth in the SOW.
