Proof of Coverage. Within fifteen (15) days of the Effective Date, and each anniversary of the Effective Date, during the Term, each Party shall provide to the other Party, properly executed and current certificates of insurance with respect to all insurance policies required to be maintained by such Party under this Agreement. Certificates of insurance shall provide the following information: (a) Name of insurance company, policy number and expiration date; and (b) The coverage required and the limits on each, including the amount of deductibles or self-insured retentions, which shall be for the account of either Transmission Owner or Transco, as applicable, as the party maintaining such policy; At the other Party’s request, in addition to the foregoing certificates, a Party shall deliver to the requesting Party a copy of the applicable sections of each insurance policy. A Party will provide at least thirty (30) days’ notice of a reduction of liability limits or cancellation or non-renewal of a policy to the other Party.
