Common use of Proof of Default Clause in Contracts

Proof of Default. If it is proved that as regards any specified Note or Coupon the Issuer has made default in paying any sum due to the relevant Noteholder or Couponholder such proof will (unless the contrary be proved) be sufficient evidence that the same default has been made as regards all other Notes and Coupons (as the case may be) which are then payable.
