Common use of Proof of Entitlement Clause in Contracts

Proof of Entitlement. Upon the request of the College, where an Employee takes Parental Leave pursuant to clause 34.7, interrupts and defers leave pursuant to clause 34.9 or gives short notice pursuant to clause 34.12, the Employee shall provide such proof as is reasonably necessary to establish the entitlement of the Employee pursuant to those provisions.

Proof of Entitlement. Upon the request of the College, where an Employee takes Parental Leave parental leave pursuant to clause 34.737.2 (a), interrupts and defers leave pursuant to clause 34.9 37.2 (d) or gives short notice pursuant to clause 34.1237.3 (c), the Employee shall provide such proof as is reasonably necessary to establish the entitlement of the Employee pursuant to those provisions.

Proof of Entitlement. Upon the request of the College, where an Employee takes Parental Leave pursuant to clause 34.734.6, interrupts and defers leave pursuant to clause 34.9 34.8 or gives short notice pursuant to clause 34.1234.11, the Employee shall provide such proof as is reasonably necessary to establish the entitlement of the Employee pursuant to those provisions.

Proof of Entitlement. Upon the request of the College, where an Employee a Faculty Member takes Parental Leave pursuant to clause 34.735.8, interrupts and defers leave pursuant to clause 34.9 35.10 or gives short notice pursuant to clause 34.1235.13, the Employee Faculty Member shall provide such proof as is reasonably necessary to establish the entitlement of the Employee Faculty Member pursuant to those provisions.

Proof of Entitlement. Upon the request of the College, where an Employee takes Parental Leave pursuant to clause 34.734.8, interrupts and defers leave pursuant to clause 34.9 34.10 or gives short notice pursuant to clause 34.1234.13, the Employee shall provide such proof as is reasonably necessary to establish the entitlement of the Employee pursuant to those provisions.
