PROOF OF EXECUTION BY DEBENTUREHOLDERS. Subject to the provisions of Section 6.01, 6.02 and 8.05, proof of the execution of any instrument by a Debentureholder or his agent or proxy shall be sufficient if made in accordance with such reasonable rules and regulations as may be prescribed by the Debenture Trustee or in such manner as shall be satisfactory to the Debenture Trustee. The ownership of Junior Subordinated Debentures shall be proved by the Debenture Register or by a certificate of the Debenture registrar for the Junior Subordinated Debentures. The Debenture Trustee may require such additional proof of any matter referred to in this Section as it shall deem necessary. The record of any Debentureholders' meeting shall be proved in the manner provided in Section 8.06.
