Proof of Identity Sample Clauses

The Proof of Identity clause requires parties to provide documentation or other evidence verifying their identity before entering into or performing under an agreement. Typically, this involves submitting government-issued identification, such as a passport or driver's license, or other forms of verification as specified by the contract. This clause helps prevent fraud and ensures that all parties are who they claim to be, thereby protecting the integrity of the contractual relationship.
