Common use of Proof of Indebtedness Clause in Contracts

Proof of Indebtedness. 12.1 The Securing Deposit, The Section 12J Tax Certificate, and Annexure D of this agreement, constitutes prima facie proof of the Full Capital amount and monies payable by the Borrower to the Lender in terms hereof.
