Common use of Proof of Indebtedness Clause in Contracts

Proof of Indebtedness. 14.1. A certificate signed by Shop2Shop as to the amount owing by the Agent to Shop2Shop in terms of this Agreement, and as to any other fact, matter or thing relating to the Agent’s indebtedness to Shop2Shop in terms of the this Agreement, will, in the absence of manifest error, be prima facie proof of the matters therein stated for all purposes, including for the purposes of furnishing further particulars, obtaining provisional sentence or other judgment against the Agent.
