Common use of Proof of Membership Clause in Contracts

Proof of Membership. 30 31 Upon approval, each sector vessel will be issued a Letter of Authorization (LOA) 32 specifying the exemptions granted. Vessels must comply with all requirements stipulated 33 in the LOA and all applicable Federal regulations and laws not specifically exempted in 34 the LOA.
