Proof of Purchase. Merchant agrees to provide Customer e - mail confirmation of the online transaction/ purchase, including, but not limited to, the status of the purchase, the date of the purchase, the details of the purchase price, details of the product ( good and/ or servi ce) purchased, details concerning the delivery of the product ( good and/ or service) purchased, Merchant’s return/ refund policy an d procedures, the contact information for the Merchant, and other relevant information concerning the purchase.
