Proof of Representation. The Association shall provide, within 10 days of the first request to commence negotiations, proof they represent a majority of certificated staff members in the district. If no such proof is provided negotiations will not commence and the Board of Trustees shall be under no obligation to negotiate and will set compensation and leaves no later June 22nd.
