Proofof Insurance. WCI, Inc. shall provide Nova Scotia with certificates of insurance, or other proof, including a copy of each insurance policy if requested by Nova Scotia, that confirms the insurance coverage as provided for in Section 6.2, and renewal replacements on or before the expiry of any such insurance. WCI, Inc. shall ensure that each of its Subcontractors obtains all the necessary and appropriate insurance that a prudent person in the business of the Subcontractor would maintain and that the Indemnified Parties are named as additional insureds with respect to any liability arising in the course of performance of the Subcontractor's obligations under the subcontract for the provision of the Services.

  • Policies of Insurance At City’s request, the Artist shall provide City with the actual policies providing the coverage required above.

  • Cost of Insurance The cost of all insurance required herein to be secured and maintained by Engineer shall be borne solely by Engineer, with certificates of insurance evidencing such minimum coverage in force to be filed with County. Such Certificates of Insurance are evidenced as Exhibit F herein entitled “Certificates of Insurance.”
