Common use of Proofs of Loss Clause in Contracts

Proofs of Loss. Written proof of loss must be furnished to us at our office within 90 days after the date of such loss. Failure to furnish such proof within the time required will not invalidate nor reduce any claim if it was not reasonably possible to furnish proof. In no event, except in the absence of legal capacity, will written proofs of loss be furnished later than one year from the time the proof is otherwise required.
