Proper Books and Records. So long as the Note shall remain outstanding and unpaid, the Authority shall keep proper books and records in which full, true and correct entries will be made of all dealings and transactions relating to the ownership of the Project and the Note. Such books and records shall be open to inspection by the Noteholder.
