Common use of Proper Filings Clause in Contracts

Proper Filings. The City will, at its expense, execute, acknowledge, deliver or file this Agreement and assignments, transfers, financing statements, continuation statements, and assurances required for the better assuring, conveying, pledging, assigning and confirming unto the Escrow Agent, the moneys hereby pledged, or intended so to be or which the City may be or may hereafter become bound to pledge, convey or assign to the Escrow Agent or for carrying out the intention or facilitating the performance of the terms of this Agreement.
