Common use of Proper Use of the Services Clause in Contracts

Proper Use of the Services. The Client undertakes to use the Services in accordance with the Contract and with the legal and regulatory provisions applicable to the Services and to the activities that the Client carries out with the Services, in the countries in which the Datacentres from which the Services are provided are located and in those in which the activities are carried out, transit or are used. The Client undertakes to use the Services in compliance with the technical limitations established by OVHcloud in order to prevent misuse. The Client will use the Services in a reasonable manner and will refrain from any act that could jeopardize the stability or security of OVHcloud's Infrastructures and systems, or lead to a degradation in the performance of
