Properly Staked. The Property has been validly located, staked, tagged and recorded in accordance in with the Act and all other applicable legislation and regulations. There are no unstaked portions of open ground within the Property. The Property is properly and accurately described in Schedule A.
Properly Staked. The Property (i) has been properly acquired, following legal procedures established by local Laws; (ii) all of the tariffs and mining fees have been properly and timely paid with respect thereto and there is no pending action against the Property in connection therewith; and (iii) the Property has been properly located and recorded in accordance with local Laws.
Properly Staked. Each mining claim forming part of the Property has been properly staked, tagged, located and recorded in the Mining Recorder’s Office at the Ministry of Northern Development and Mines.
Properly Staked. Each mining concession forming part of the Property: (i) has been properly acquired, following the legal procedures established by applicable Laws; and (ii) located and recorded in accordance with applicable Laws.

  • Contractor’s Books and Records Contractor shall maintain any and all ledgers, books of account, invoices, vouchers, canceled checks, and other records or documents evidencing or relating to charges for services or expenditures and disbursements charged to the County for a minimum of five (5) years, or for any longer period required by law, from the date of final payment to the Contractor under this Contract. Any records or documents required to be maintained shall be made available for inspection, audit and/or copying at any time during regular business hours, upon oral or written request of the County.

  • Separate Grievance File All documents, communications and records dealing with the processing of a grievance shall be filed in a separate grievance file and shall not be kept in the personnel file of any of the participants.

  • Escorting Visitors Visitors to areas where PHI COUNTY discloses to 4 CONTRACTOR or CONTRACTOR creates, receives, maintains, or transmits on behalf of COUNTY is 5 contained shall be escorted and such PHI shall be kept out of sight while visitors are in the area.

  • Solicitations for Subcontractors, Including Procurements of Materials and Equipment In all solicitations either by competitive bidding or negotiation made by the contractor for work to be performed under a subcontract, including procurements of materials or leases of equipment, each potential subcontractor or supplier shall be notified by the contractor of the contractor's obligations under this contract and the Regulations relative to nondiscrimination on the grounds of race, color, or national origin, sex, age, and disability/handicap.
