Property Addresses. At the time of filing a listing, participants and subscribers must include a property address available to other participants and subscribers, and if an address doesn’t exist, a parcel identification number can be used. Property Addresses. (i) Schedule IX lists completely and correctly as of the Amendment Effective Date all real property owned by the Borrower and the Guarantor and the addresses thereof. The Borrower and the Guarantor own in fee all the real property set forth on Schedule IX. (ii) Schedule X lists completely and correctly as of the Amendment Effective Date all real property leased by the Borrower and the Guarantor and the addresses thereof.
