Common use of Property Code Clause in Contracts

Property Code. Landlord and Tenant agree that each provision of this Lease for determining charges and amounts payable by Tenant (including, without limitation, the provisions related to Minimum Rent contained in Section 2.1, the provisions related to Additional Charges contained in Section 2.2, the provisions related to Impositions contained in Section 2.2, and the provisions related to insurance contained in Sections 3.4 are commercially reasonable and, as to each such charge or amount, constitutes a statement of the amount of the charge or a method by which the charge is to be computed for purposes of Section 93.012 of the Texas Property Code.
