Property Definition. Wherever the term “Property” is used and appears herein and in the Additional Provisions, including, without limitation, in Section D of the Additional Provisions (“Release and Covenant Not To ▇▇▇”), AR and ADLC hereby confirm and agree that such term shall apply to and include the Reconfigured Old Works Historic Trail Parcel. Conversely, any real property previously encompassed by the Old Works Historic Trail Parcel but excluded from the Reconfigured Old Works Historic Trail Parcel shall not be considered part of the Property and shall no longer be subject to the Additional Provisions of the Old Works Historic Trail Parcel Deed.

  • Seniority Defined Seniority is defined as the total length of service in the bargaining unit as an employee, regardless of occupational change. Seniority shall be used as one of the factors in determining preference or priority for promotion, transfers, demotions, terminations and layoff caused by force reductions and recall. Seniority shall operate on a bargaining unit wide basis.
