Property List. Not later than October 31st of each year of the Term, Team San ▇▇▇▇ shall deliver to City, without charge, a list of all property owned by City and in the possession of Team San ▇▇▇▇ as of June 30th of that year. The subject list shall include, for each item of property, the date of purchase, the inventory tag number, and the original cost of such item of property, and shall be otherwise in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the City.
