Property of Authority. Upon the expiration or earlier termination of this Agreement, Operator shall relinquish to Authority all property of the Authority in Operator's possession including, but not limited to, equipment provided to Operator pursuant to this Agreement and all property purchased by Operator and for which the Authority reimbursed Operator.

Property of Authority. All materials and data, including data on magnetic media, prepared by Contractor under this Agreement shall become the property of Authority upon the completion of the term of this Agreement, except that Contractor shall have the right to retain copies of all such documents and data for its records. The Authority shall not be limited in any way in their use of such data at any time, provided that any such use not within the purposes intended by this Agreement shall be at the Authority’s sole risk and provided that Contractor shall be indemnified against any damages resulting from such use, including the release of this material to third parties for a use not intended by this Agreement. Should Contractor, either during or following termination of this Agreement, desire to use any materials prepared in connection with this Project, it shall first obtain the written approval of the Authority.

  • Warranty of Authority Each person signing this Amendment warrants that he or she is duly authorized to do so and to bind the respective party.
