Property Ownership. Client warrants that (a) the Client is the owner of all property where the specified Work is to be performed; (b) the Client has the necessary rights and authority necessary to enter into and perform this Agreement; and (c) the execution of this Agreement will not conflict with, result in any violation or breach of, constitute a default under, give rise to any right of termination or acceleration (with or without notice or the lapse of time or both) pursuant to, or result in being declared void or voidable, any term or provision of any note, bond, mortgage, indenture, lease, license, contract or other instrument to which Client is a party or by which the property where the specified Work is to be performed is or may be bound.
