Property storage. We do not accept responsibility for the storage or safekeeping of property abandoned in residence rooms.
Property storage. Licensee may keep a 10x20 storage unit on site for the purpose of storing market related equipment, including but not limited to: canopies, tables, chairs, sign holders, signage, EBT and incentive vouchers, etc. (“the Stored Equipment”). Storage of other equipment or property =in the License Area will require prior written consent from the College, which will require a specific list of the equipment to be stored (the “Stored Equipment”). If approved by the College, Licensee shall assume all risk associated with keeping the Stored Equipment on the License Area and in no event shall the College be responsible for any stolen or damaged Stored Equipment. In no event shall the College be held responsible or liable for any property or equipment left on or around the License Area during Use Time or Non-Use Time. Licensee shall defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the College from any harm, damage, or claim arising from the Stored Equipment or equipment or property left on the License Area, but not limited to, any injury caused by any person entering the License Area for any reason.

If approval is given for property storage, the Government assumes no responsibility for the safety or security of property left on Government property. Property will be removed from the work site as soon as possible after the completion of the work described herein.

  • Property Use The Property shall be used only for office/warehouse purposes, and for no other use without the prior written consent of Lender, which consent may be withheld in Lender's sole and absolute discretion.

  • B8 Property Where the Client issues Property free of charge to the Contractor such Property shall be and remain the property of the Client and the Contractor irrevocably licences the Client and its agents to enter upon any premises of the Contractor during normal business hours on reasonable notice to recover any such Property. The Contractor shall not in any circumstances have a lien or any other interest on the Property and the Contractor shall at all times possess the Property as fiduciary agent and bailee of the Client. The Contractor shall take all reasonable steps to ensure that the title of the Client to the Property and the exclusion of any such lien or other interest are brought to the notice of all sub-contractors and other appropriate persons and shall, at the Client’s request, store the Property separately and ensure that it is clearly identifiable as belonging to the Client.
