Proportionate Share. will be fixed on the basis of the area of the Unit purchased in proportion to the area of all the Units in the Residential Complex or block as the case may be PROVIDED THAT where it refers to the share of the Allottee in the rates and/or taxes amongst the Common Expenses then such share of the whole shall be determined on the basis on which such rates and/or taxes are being respectively levied.
