In judging whether it is appropriate to share such information the Police, and Lincolnshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust will examine whether the identified purpose infringes upon the subject’s right to privacy, the appropriate measures to meet the purpose are both fair and rational and also that the means used are no more than is necessary to accomplish the purpose.
