Proposal Schedule Clause Samples

The Proposal Schedule clause defines the timeline and key deadlines associated with the submission, review, and acceptance of proposals within an agreement or project. It typically outlines specific dates by which proposals must be submitted, the period for evaluation, and any milestones for feedback or selection. By clearly establishing these timeframes, the clause ensures all parties are aware of critical deadlines, promoting transparency and helping to prevent misunderstandings or delays in the proposal process.
