PROPOSAL SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS. Each volume shall be submitted electronically through the required medium DoD SAFE @ ▇▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/ (see Attachment 1 for User Guide). A Solicitation Amendment will be posted fourteen (14) days prior to closing (September 15, 2021) with a Request Code to upload proposals to SAFE. The proposals will be due on September 29, 2021 at 1400 EST. Any portion of the proposal that is changed (as a result of negotiations or proposal revisions) should be annotated and dated. Each volume shall be clearly labeled with its Title and a volume number.
