Common use of PROPOSAL SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS Clause in Contracts

PROPOSAL SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS. The Government will not make assumptions concerning intent, capabilities, or experience. Clear identification of proposal details shall be the sole responsibility of the Offeror. The proposal shall meet the following basic requirements: a. The Proposal shall be typed and submitted in English. The proposal shall be easy to read. b. The Proposal shall be organized, clear, and concise. c. Offerors shall verify the information for all forms submitted is current, correct and complete including names of the points-of-contact, email address(es), and telephone number(s). d. Proposals shall completely and adequately address the requirements of this solicitation. Offerors are reminded that elaborate corporate marketing information, formatting, special reproduction techniques, etc., are not necessary. e. Contractors are cautioned against submitting conditional proposals. f. Proposal Expenses and Pre-contract Costs: The Government will not compensate Offerors for proposal expenses or any other pre-contract costs. g. Each paragraph shall be separated by at least one blank line. Arial or Times New Roman fonts are required, 12-point minimum font size applies. Tables and illustrations may use a reduced font size no less than 10-point and may be landscape. Each side of the paper is considered one page; however, A3 of 11”x17” sized paper shall be considered two pages. h. The following volumes of material shall be submitted:
